高溫高剪切粘度測(cè)定儀參照SH/T0703、ASTM D5481標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)，用于測(cè)定機(jī)油在高溫高剪切條件下的粘度值。在150℃的恒溫條件下，注射管內(nèi)的油樣通過(guò)連接注射管的氣泵實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)樣和標(biāo)量，并在0.5-3.5MPa的惰性氣體壓力下流經(jīng)0.15mm內(nèi)徑的毛細(xì)管，以模擬高溫高剪切的實(shí)際應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。實(shí)驗(yàn)自動(dòng)記錄時(shí)長(zhǎng)和實(shí)驗(yàn)穩(wěn)定氣壓，并自動(dòng)計(jì)算待測(cè)油樣的高溫高剪切粘度值。

Detection principle:
